A good night sleep among other factors is also dependent on a good mattress. Among all the myriad mattresses available, a spring mattress is among the most comfortable.
The spring mattress is composed of the following elements.

Setting up a mattress factory involves a number of different machines for different functions. The inner core of the spring mattress is composed of a spring unit. The spring unit can be a bonnel coil, pocket coil, continues coil or offset coil, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Depending on which part of the world you are located; these can be either bought or made in house.
The quilted panel and border are quilted on a multineedle mechanical or computer controlled quilting machine.
The mattress is then finished by attaching the padding and various layers to the spring core, then with the quilted panels on both sides of the unit and the border around the mattress, it is finished on a closing machine or better known as a tape edge machine.
