Used / Second Hand Nonwoven Equipment  There are new nonwoven machines "Made in Asia" that are cheaper than even used European machines. However, you should be aware that cheaper machines generally also means cheaper components and less relaiable working and product quality. A carding line is running at extreamly high speed with very little gaps between the turning cylinders. The cylinders are covered with metal wire which combs the the fibres. These machines run extended shifts continuously and need to to be reliable , built robustly with good quality components, any deviation from its set path can have disastrous consequences and render your machine useless. The safety interlocks for the equipment should be of the highest standards when human life is involved. A European machine reconditioned properly will still last a lifetime and is  a better investment than a cheaper Asian machine and should payoff very quickly. If price was the only issue nobody would be buying the expensive Eurpean machines, and the Asian machines would be the the only ones selling on the planet, but this has not happened and people still appreciate quality.
